Business Development: From the actual recording state to the strategic implementation!

Business Development is the most challenging because most versatile sales-activity. Especially since each project is different from the other. We can refer to multiple successfully implemented business development projects including

  • the introduction of international companies into the German market (for example, from France, Czech Republic, Denmark and Israel)
  • addressing new industries (for example, for a leading European service provider)

Part of our clients – mainly already settled companies – work in their existing markets at home and abroad with a successful strategy.
